Creating a new topic:

1. Enter a desirable section at the forum and click on "New topic"
2. A window for starting a new topic will appear:

3. Enter the name of the topic and the description if necessary.
4. Enter the text of your message.
5. Finally click on "Create a topic".

NOTE: The meaning of each field should be clear from the screenshot.
